When requesting the editing of your science manuscript, aside from the client's name, contact details, and specific information relating to the manuscript to be edited, no other information is obtained by Academic English. This information is stored securely in an encrypted form and is archived for future contact with the client should the need arise. This information is never shared with external entities, groups or third parties. Furthermore, all manuscripts sent to Academic English are never shown to external or third-party entities and remain confidential. These documents are deleted following completion of a client interaction. Additionally, details pertaining to payment following the completion of an editing task by Academic English are handled exclusively by our payment processor in accordance with their strict privacy guidelines.
